Provide engaging content for your customers that is knowledgeable, informative and useful.
Be the authority on the subject and show you know your stuff. Give them tips and tricks to help with their problem and answer any questions they may have quickly
2. Be consistent (and build trust)
Consistency is key. You don’t have to be on social media all day, every day. Just spend as much time as you can afford. If you decide to post twice a week – then post twice a week. You need to be the one they can rely on. Fading in and out doesn’t show consistency.
3. Engage your audience with relevant information
Engage with your audience often. Answer their queries straight away and reply to their comments. The more quickly you respond with the right information the better the rapport you build with them.
